Sienna's Journey
Sienna Totah is the founder of épure living, a company inspired by her personal journey toward health and wellness. This past year, she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, a wake-up call that pushed her to prioritize her health. Sienna became hyperaware of the everyday toxins surrounding us—from the products we use at home to the food we consume.
What began as a personal mission to create a healthier lifestyle quickly grew into a passion for helping others. Sienna realized how overwhelming it can be to transition to a toxin-free home without proper guidance, which led her to create épure living. Her goal is to simplify this process and empower families to create safe, nurturing spaces that support their long-term health and well-being.
